MACHINE SERVICE & REPAIR

Note: This information pertains to the repair of Eubanks machines only.

SERVICE CALLS
If it is determined that your Eubanks machine needs service, call 1-800-729-4208 and give full details of the problem along with:
- Machine model
- Serial number

SERVICE
1. Service is billed at $80.00 per hour at the plant site. If an overnight stay is required, and additional $85.00 charge will be added.
2. Travel time is billed at $80.00 per hour to and from repair site
3. Parts are billed separately.

TRAINING
Training is available from DEPCO personnel on your Eubanks or Major Electronix Corporation wire processing machines. A training session lasts a maximum of four (4) hours at your plant and cover all aspects of machine operation, programming, maintenance, service and repair. The program is designed to provide your machine operators with more knowledge so that costly down time situations are minimized. This session does not include parts replacement.

A maximum of 8 people are invited to a training session. This allows the participation level to be high and more benefits are gained. The special half-day training sessions are billed at $500.00. Training fees are due prior to the start of the class.

REBUILDS
Machine rebuilds are quoted with the work done at our facilities - freight pre-paid.
Upon receipt of the machine, a rebuild charge will be quoted for parts and labor.
Before work is started, a purchase order must be sent to our office.

Payment schedule is as follows:
Repairs due upon receipt
1/3 with shipment of machine
1/3 upon completion of the job
1/3 net 30

Parts and work are warranted for 90 days

DEPCO is not authorized to do warranty work on new machines. Warranty work on new machines is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
