Complete Machine Services
Ensure your equipment is operating correctly by relying on the solutions DEPCO has to offer. We provide a range of machine services to cover the maintenance and repairs for all Eubanks™ and Cablescan™ equipment. Our knowledgeable service team has the skills and resources needed to handle any repairs.
We understand that when your equipment breaks down, production can come to a screeching halt, which is why we are always ready to provide the service you need. So, contact us right away if you experience any issues with your Eubanks™ or Cablescan™ equipment. We ask that you have your model number and full details of the problem so that we can better assist you with the issue.
All of our service calls are billed at a rate of $140 per hour and a minimum of 4 hours per call, in addition to the cost of parts. Billable time starts when travel to the job site begins. Travel related charges may also be added where an overnight stay and/or air travel is necessary. All parts are purchased directly from the manufacturer. DEPCO does not stock or distribute Eubanks or Cablescan parts. We are always happy to help with minor repairs over the phone, so please do not hesitate to call with questions about your machine.
To help you maintain and better operate your equipment, we offer training for all Eubanks™, Cablescan™, and Major Electronix Corporation wire processing machines. Each training session is a maximum of four hours at your location and covers all aspects of operation, programming, maintenance, service, and repair. This program is designed to ensure your operators have the knowledge they need to avoid costly downtime. We limit our training to a maximum of five participants per session to ensure a beneficial, hands-on experience for each participant. Training sessions are billed at $560 per session to be paid in advance.
If preferred, or in cases where extensive repair is required, we can fix your machine at our facility. Pickup services are available within 60 miles and billable at a rate of $140 per hour of travel time. You may also ship the machine to us using your preferred shipping method. Once we receive and evaluate the machine, a quote, including parts, labor, and lead time will be provided. A purchase order will be required prior to the beginning of repairs. New service customers are required to pay a minimum of 50% in advance and the balance upon completion of the repairs. All parts and labor are guaranteed for 90 days. Please note that DEPCO is not authorized to perform warranty work on new machines; warranty repairs are at the manufacturer's discretion.
